ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The goal of the WDC2019 is to present the latest and the best scientific research and clinic cases in all areas of Dentistry. Here are some instructions on how to submit your abstract for the competitive .paper, poster and four minute thesis/ research presentations.

Abstracts are invited from dentists and dental students for the following

Paper Presentation
Poster Presentation and
A four minute thesis/ research presentation.

Responsibilities of the Presenting Author

The first author listed for each abstract should be the presenting author and the primary contact for all correspondence regarding the abstract, unless otherwise specified.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER PRESENTATION

The paper presentation will be for 7 min with 3 min for questions.
The paper should be uploaded in the computer at the venue on the morning of 28th September.
The presenters have to contact the Scientific Chairman for details on presentation timing and uploading presentation
The presentation should be brought is a pen drive.
There should not be promotion of any commercial products is the presentation

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

All abstracts should be submitted via e-mail and will be sent to the Abstract Review Committee for review.

The subject of the mail should be Abstract WDC-2020

Abstracts should contain a. Presenting author's details - Name ( as you want it on certificate) Email address and mobile number with code. Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country b. Co-authors' contact details - ( Same as for author )

Abstract title - limited to 20 words in UPPER CASE.

Abstract text – limited to 200 words

Mention category whether Paper/E poster/ 4 min thesis or research presentation

The Scientific Program Committee will schedule abstracts according to authors' preferences but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.

You will receive confirmation that your abstract has been received, indicating the abstract number which it has been allocated. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.

Please contact the Secretariat if you have not received confirmation that your abstract has been received.

Abstracts may be edited by the Scientific Program Committee if it feels the need for the same

The presenting author should register for the WDC2020 before sending in the abstract. Without the conference registration, the abstract will not be considered.

One person may submit, not more than two abstracts at the Conference.

The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission of his/her abstract. He will be solely responsible in case of any conflict that may arise with co - authors

Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
